Craniosacral Therapy is a light touch technique used to loosen the connective tissue surrounding the body, especially around the head, sacrum, and spinal cord. It taps into the craniosacral rhythm of the body and is able to ease tension while also balancing the mind and body. Myofascial Release is a technique that releases tightness and pain in your fascia (connective tissue) surrounding your body through means of pressure and static stretching. Lymphatic Drainage is a light touch technique which followings the pathways of the lymph nodes and vessels of the body to move lymph fluid. This can promote removal of wastes and toxins from the body. It can also help reduce swelling in some regions. Medical/Sports Injury Massage focuses on working and healing specific injuries such as surgery recovery, muscle strains, sprains, etc. for decreased pain, better range of motion, reduced inflammation, etc.
